Recipes - Easy & Healthy

I use bio, organic and fresh veggies as much as possible. I enjoy cooking but I don't like spending hours by myself in the kitchen. Therefor, those recipes are easy with a minimum number of ingredients and super tasty. I am mainly vegan but not exclusive ;-) and gluten free. Occasionally, I eat eggs or fish but no dairy product what so ever.  

My favorite ingredients:

Fruits:

  • Pineapple

  • Kiwi

  • Mango

  • Papaya

  • Grapefruit

  • Banana

  • Apple

Veggies:

  • All sort of salads

  • Broccoli: I am crazy about broccolis

  • Zucchini

  • Fennel

  • Cucumber

  • Tomatoes

  • Spinach

  • Carrots

Seeds, Spices & co....:

  • Sesame Seeds

  • Dry Cranberries

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Sunflower Seeds

  • Buckwheat Seeds

  • Chia Seeds

  • Curry

  • Cumin

  • Fresh Ginger

  • 5 bays peper

For baking I use the following:

  • Rice flower

  • Corn flower

  • Buckwheat flower

  • Any flower that is gluten free

  • Fruit Sugar

  • Honey

  • Cane sugar

  • Olive Oil

Condiments:

  • Olive Oil

  • Sesame Oil

  • Coconut Oil

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Cider Vinegar

  • Rice Vinegar

  • Wasabi

  • Lemon Juice

  • Soja Sauce
